YAY Class Launch!
I’ve put together a nice little variety of sweaters to teach starting in March and I’m hoping there is something for everyone. A cardigan! A V neck! A kinda crazy yoke sweater! A more traditional yoke sweater! And a more free form design your own sweater with Twigs Your Way!
And yeah I threw some tulips on my promo because it’s fucking freezing in Chicago today and I wanted to look at some flowers! It will be nicer in March when these classes start, right? RIGHT?!!!!!!

Book Club Cardigan
Saturday Class: FULL!
Sunday Class: Plenty of room
My exclusive Laura Allyson Party presale went gangbusters yesterday and the Saturday class is already full! Good thing I got ahead of it and scheduled two sessions right from the jump! There is still plenty of room in Sunday’s class.
Newbold
This is a sweater I knit in deep covid but have been reaching for a lot lately! I customized the hell out of this one and that’s how I’ll be teaching it. With big needles and big yarn it should be a fun one to dig into and keep up with!
Twigs Your Way
I’m always tempted to knit this one again because I love it so much! I teach this class as a kinda intro to designing your own sweater because the pattern is written for one size and that’s just not how human bodies work, so we’ll talk about the ins and outs of customizing a sweater for you in a very managable way.
An if you’re scared off by that gauge, most knitters bump it to DK or Worsted weight! It’s Twigs YOUR WAY so no you don’t have to use a fucking size 1 needle haha.
Very V Neck Raglan
Designing raglan sweaters is very hard because knitter’s raglan depths and bust circumferences have nothing to do with each other! We dig into customizing raglan depth and body and sleeve circumferences with spreadsheets and math! But, you know, fun.

I’m teaching two sessions of this right now so this might be too early to try to run this class again so we’ll see! I’m just having a ton of fun with it so I thought I’d throw it up again. What do you think?!
