Finished Oraefi Sweater + 🪿🪿🪿

Another Thursday project rundown post, another finished sweater! I really powered through the sleeves on this - am I the only one who knits faster when she’s worried about running out of yarn?!

This is how much yarn I ended up with! I weighted it all out and created my own colorwork to kinda fade it but also just use the yarn I had. I think it worked out pretty well all things considered!

It’s still super wintery mostly in Chicago so I’ve been getting a lot of wear out of this sweater lately. And it’s on my summer class schedule again dropping in a couple weeks so if you’ve been #influenced keep an eye out for it! I’ve got my summer classes scheduled to launch on April 22nd.

Alright this is the WIP pile from 2 weeks ago!

And this is my WIP pile right now! I’ve gotten a head start on my DRK Everyday Cardi because my KAL is kicking off next week! I’ve got to stay ahead of everyone so I can be a good leader!

But I’m about where I need to be on this one, and I’ve got a Black Sheep Sweater Vest in my heart, so I’m planning on casting that on soon. More on that soon!

And I’m working on more quilts! This is the start of two Apples and Beavers Duck March quilts that I’ve got to have done for a baby shower next Saturday. I was feeling good about it until I checked the delivery date of the matching thread I ordered to do the actual quilting and it won’t be delivered until TUESDAY like what the fuck I ordered LAST SUNDAY!
