We fell in love with this new pattern from Aimee Gille of La Bien Aimee - what a perfect summer project! So we just had to make it a knit along over at LauraAllyson.Party complete with zooms, lives, and fabulous prizes!

I went live on The Party today to chat about my plans, talk about bandana inspiration, and get everybody started with some tips and tricks, including FRENCH music and this FRENCH presentation! I’ve got another live scheduled on Aug 15th to share progress.

I got the teeniest tiniest start on my Le Bandana! But I can already see this is going to be a very addicting little knit. I’m using a beautiful, very special skein I got on vacation many years ago that was too special to use up until this very moment when I realized that it’s way more special to USE than it is just sitting there! It’s Barnyard Knits Winterberry I got in the Hudson Valley on a trip to Rhinebeck years ago. It’s going to make a lovely Bandana! I’ll share more progress next week!
