Travel Wardrobe Round Up!

Travel Wardrobe Round Up!

We got home last night from our trip to London and I just LOVE a good travel wardrobe so I thought I’d share mine!

I took a pic every time I left the hotel room! You’ll see a few days include an outfit change. All of these pieces are me made except for A Tee - you gotta have an easy tee and I hate making tees! I also didn’t make either bag pictured, but Laura made the red bag (All Well Studio Circle Bag) and the smaller circle bag is Baggu I got second hand from my friend Julie!

Big winners here are:

  • Seamwork Callahan Pants - anytime it seemed like rain I wore these because I thought they were the best bottoms to wear with my Lou Raincoat.

  • Seamwork Audrey Jacket - jean jackets were EVERYWHERE in London, but nobody else had a bright yellow one!

  • Seamwork Lou Raincoat - came in handy for all the spitting it did on us!

  • Elbe Textiles Steele Pinafore - PERFECT TRAVEL OUTFIT!

  • Seamwork Jo modification dress - I would have worn this dress more really - my skin was protected from the sun, it felt fancy but daytime relaxed too! Love this one.

  • Zadie Jumpsuit - it’s just such an easy look! And it got a little chilly for a few days so it gave me another piece to layer my sweater over.

Not pictured:

  • Seamwork Reno - we took the waters in Bath so I wore my bathing suit!

  • Shoes! Because we were going to a nice wedding I had to bring some nice heeled sandals, so I brought:

    • Tom’s Majorca Cutout Sandal

    • Allbirds Sneakers

    • Croc Brooklyn Low Wedge Sandal

  • You know, all my bras and underwear

  • I brought a tee, leggings, and a sweatshirt to wear in the hotel room but we were just never in there long enough to need loungewear so I could have left that at home!

Take aways:

  • I brought one too many tops - I didn’t really need the Kalle, Madhu, and Jo and should have left the Kalle at home.

  • Because Shane decided he didn’t like my Teague Dress (jerk) I didn’t wear it as much as I was planning to and could have left it at home / saved it for when I hang out with my girlfriends!

  • No hotel loungewear needed.

So yeah I did really well I think! I felt like I was appropriately dressed for everywhere we went and had lots of options to choose from everyday that made me feel good.

Hopefully this round up was interesting and helpful to you for your next adventure!
