We are a week away from the Olympics Opening Ceremonies, which means we are a week away from kicking off the #LandAPartyLympics!

How it works:

Cast on a project of your choice during the Opening Ceremonies on Friday, July 26th!
Work on that project while you watch the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France!
Bind off your project before the Closing Ceremonies on Sunday, August 11th

Easy, right?! We all know you’ll be doing this anyway, so why not knit along with friends and win prizes!

Gold Medal Winners - anyone who casts on a project on July 26th and finishes that project by August 11th will win a set of these super cute Olympic themed stitch markers!

Silver Medal Winners - anyone who casts on a project on July 26th and doesn't quite finish that project by August 11th will get a cute sticker!

Bronze Medal Winners - anyone who is cheering everyone on but isn't participating in the knitting will get a Party Badge added to their profile!

A quick note about participation: As ever, we aren't here to HAVE FUN! We aren't policing what you're watching while you're knitting your #LandAPartyLympics project or get into the specifics of time zones and replays, etc etc. We just want you to cast on on July 26th and bind off by August 11th. That's it! If you feel like you're participating in the spirit of the games that is good enough for us!
